Airservices Vacancy – Surveillance and Infrastructure

Job Description:

This is a key role that will provide leadership to a technically diverse team that deliver safe, efficient and effective frontline preventative and corrective maintenance of communication, navigation, surveillance and infrastructure assets (CNSI) and systems that support Air Traffic Control (ATM).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop CNSI asset care and maintenance programs that ensure asset performance reliability and availability when needed
• Lead and develop a team to maintain infrastructure assets that support CNSI and ATM operations
• Establish, foster, and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful outcomes for Airservices and its stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to effectively manage across multiple sites which may include office, workshops, and site storage
• A sound knowledge and understanding of the practices and requirements of ‘Fairness and Diversity’, ‘Work Health and Safety’ and ‘Values Based Leadership’ and the demonstrated commitment to manage the practical application of these principles in the workplace
• Ability to drive, deliver and sustain transformation activities
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage in an autonomous and remote work environment exercising exceptional levels of initiative in a variety of circumstances

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience of successfully leading and delivering strategic change and improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated capability to lead continuous improvement activities of maintenance management systems/processes whilst maintaining audit compliance
• Experience in the effective implementation of asset maintenance, logistics and supply chain systems.
