Job Description:
This is a flexible role that will involve the individual to be proactive, well organised and able to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure processes are reviewed, updated and promoted on an ongoing basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and stakeholders in reviewing their processes.
- Maintain process documentation to consistent level of detail and required quality.
- Overall ownership of the Property Management business line processes, maintain a central database of processes and ensuring they are reviewed and updated in accordance with business line requirements.
- Conduct process workshops with all relevant stakeholders in line with the process review plan.
- Strive to deliver updated process documentation in line with the process review plan agreed by Property Management Operations Board (PM Ops).
- Contribute towards the promotion of process and communication of process updates to the wider business (including communications, training, presentations etc.)
- Report process review plan progress to PM Ops.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Analytical
- Adaptable approach
- Excellent Presentation and written skills
- Excellent Oral Communication Skills
- Commercial property management experience/knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Organised and detail conscious
