Job Description:

The goal of the Deployment Program Manager is to establish and govern inputs from a broad range of dependent stakeholder groups while managing the expected movements and activities to provide clear alignment, insight, and progress against plan. You will also develop and manage processes that support this accountability while ensuring coordination and consistency across deployment programs to identify dependencies and links and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement as required.

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience in cost effective program delivery, governance and analytics including strategy execution, benefits realisation, and innovation.
• The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a thorough experience and knowledge of planning, forecasting and program management practices.
• You will be a strong communicator with proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with key senior stakeholders would be required.
• The Deployment Program Manager will bring experience with planning and program managing in a highly complex environment coupled with an extensive experience in analytics.
• Ideally you will have proven extensive leadership experience in a matrixed commercial or operational function at a senior level.
