Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of truth for performance across the Service Delivery organisation and be the honest broker across the various operational teams in assessing the main reasons for repeat faults.
  • Manage a range of stakeholders both across Service Delivery and wider Openreach to ensure impact on performance to on time performance is understood.
  • Own the governance around ensuring our service levels are achieved across all regions and put in place the framework to ensure any underperformance or risks are clearly laid out.
  • Responsible for E2E insight and governance for on time provision, one of our key Ofcom quality of service (QoS) measures. Identify associated opportunities, risks and impacts.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders within Service Delivery to provide a clear picture of performance at both Director and MD level.
  • Build the analysis and generate the insight to clearly identify where areas of performance could be improved upon.
  • To communicate the service position and provide performance materials for the CEO in the weekly operational review meeting.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information into a simple high-level message designed to make the case for change within the business.
  • Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong ability to reason under uncertainty, combine analytical thinking with contextual knowledge and use critical thinking to extract and interpret information from data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, Qlik, developer skills preferred, SQL skills desirable.
  • Ability to work in teams, with peers and demonstrate vertical and lateral influence.
