Job Description

We are looking to hire a Relationship Manager who will manage a team of 10-12 direct sales team members who will sell credit cards / personal loans , details of the job are given below-

Promote the sales of various personal banking products in the market

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets agreed with the Area Sales Manager
• Provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis
• Manage achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets for direct sales agents and evaluating progress and effective deployment of sales staff
• Manage DSA training and coaching where necessary
• Identify any cross sell opportunities for other business divisions of the bank
